KADs Unite

Okay, so it was only six of us. But, considering the distance traveled by some, and the fact that Florida is a state better known for their love of space and cars and sprawl than loving thy neighbor, it is amazing to see that we even had another micro-mini.
We went out for, wait for [...]

New Years Resolution

We all make them, but for those with kids, the American Academy of Pediatrics has provided us with a list of resolutions for our little ones to make and try to keep.  I’m curious about the dog one.  And isn’t milk fattening?
Preschoolers

I will clean up my toys.

Bling Bling

At least it isn’t Bedazzled!  I’d probably not let her Bedazzle anything, although at one point during our Christmas list making, she came across a type of toy that allowed you to “Bling” your possessions.

Some of my fellow bloggers were “Pretty Nice” and needed a little improvement.  One suggestion was to keep up with with chores [...]

Reading is Fun duh Mental

The yearly “Literate” study came out and revealed that Minneapolis and Seattle are the top literate cities in America.
Why am I not surprised about Minneapolis.  It is the place that brought us writers like F. Scott Fitzgerald and Louis Erdrich.  It brought us voices of Tim O’Brien and Charles Baxter.  The list is long and [...]

Times have changed

*credit goes to my aunt for sending this to me*
“The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed otherwise the country will become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, [...]

Spicy Blog Roll Inside Out

If you have a blog, and read this blog, and want me to link it in my blog roll on the sidebar, then by all means let me know. I realize I haven’t updated it in a long long time, and only have listed a handful of the blogs I actually visit on a [...]
